Everyone! Natallia is here. Two of my friends got married a couple of weeks ago.
I would like to share with you a card that I handcrafted for such a happy
occasion. I wanted to honor their special day by creating a special custom
wedding card.
I decided
to make a window card. A window gives a card an effect of surprise. I used
quilling and paper cutting techniques for this card.
The silhouettes
of a groom and a bride were cut out using X-acto knife and assembled together.
To add the texture I embossed the
bride’s dress. The real bride had a short cute dress so I decided to give my
bride a short dress too. I quilled delicate roses for a bride's bouquet and elements of decor on the front of the card.
The result
is a beautiful original card which I hope will make a great keepsake for the
future. I handcrafted an envelope as well. I embossed and decorated it with stick-on
pearls. You will not find anything like this in the shops.
This pretty
card was very appreciated by the happy couple.
All my
cards are made to the highest standards and only high quality materials are
used. The photographs do not really do justice to the cards. You really need to
see and hold them to appreciate them fully.
